For safety reasons, children up to the age of three shall be refused entry.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian (aged 20 or older).
Children older than four and up to elementary school age must be accompanied by a guardian of the same sex and are not permitted to enter the bathing facilities of the other sex. For safety reasons, children are not permitted to use the following facilities: outdoor standing bath, outdoor free-flowing bath, observation sauna, Löyly Camp, bedrock baths, and Torkkua.
Entry to the complex may be restricted in the event of extreme congestion.
Nearby roads and carparks can become extremely congested on weekends, public holidays, days on which fireworks are scheduled, and during the busy summer season. We recommend the use of public transport and the free shuttle bus during those times.
